An online shop without integrations is manual labour: every order gets re-typed into the CRM, statuses are updated by hand, sums are copied into the accounting system. While a human does this, leads get lost, replies lag and errors pile up. We connect your shop to CRM and accounting services through open APIs — order, customer and payment data flows automatically, and all you do is check the result.

How we do it

The work runs in four transparent steps:

  1. Process review. You describe what is done manually today and in which services. We pin down exactly what data must flow between the shop, CRM and accounting.

  3. Integration via open APIs. The shop links to your CRM (amoCRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot, Pipedrive and others with an open API), accounting services and n8n / Zapier / Make — through webhooks and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  4. Check the demo before paying. You test the connection on a review version: how an order goes out, how the notification arrives, how the status updates. The second half of the payment comes only after you have checked everything.

What we connect

Honest limitations

We do not connect banks directly, government systems, software installed on your computers, or services without an open API. You check every integration on a demo version before final payment. If a service has no open API, we say so honestly before we start, not midway.

What is included in the price

Integration is part of building a shop end to end (from €1,700): the catalogue, cart, payments and the CRM link are built as one system, not bolted on later. If your shop already runs, we connect the CRM link to it — the scope and price are fixed in a free estimate before any payment.

Payment is 50/50: half upfront, half after you have tested the connection on the demo. Source code and all rights stay with you: you are not tied to us technically or legally.
